Wichtige Projekte / Ausstellungen:
He has been awarded with scholarships from the Argentinean Mozarteum; Fondo Nacional de las Artes-Argentina, and the Ad Infinitum/Lucia Löser/DAAD Stiftungen.

His personal approach to composition is to create small micro-realities in every piece, sometimes by using anthropological/geographical/linguistic material with an already known meaning to the audience; sometimes just by the utilization of the instruments in order to produce sound landscapes, that determine the boundaries of this sounding reality.

In 2022 Beltrán is working on several projects, including commissions for Vertixe Sonora and Vocal Ensemble The Present, as well as collaborations with Berlin's major ensembles.
