The creation of a cityscape through sound is a dynamic and intricate process that involves a combination of natural and human-made elements. In the context of the festival theme, "Urban Silence," the interplay between various sounds contributes to shaping the cityscape in a unique Video/sound Symphony.

Our project aims to capture an audio/visual journey within the surroundings of Neukölln city, ranging from macro to micro perceptions. A hybrid giant puppet, Metapeacock, serves as our metaphor, symbolizing the connection between city and nature, human and animal. This hybrid figure not only catches the eye but also hosts multiple reflections and outcomes of our perceptions of city sounds.

Our live performance will be held on Friday, June 28th, from 22:00 to 23:00. On the 29th and 30th of June, our video installation will be showcased all day at the Puppen Theater-Museum Berlin during the 48 Hours Neukölln Festival 2024.
