Ahorn Books presents an Open Studio evening at its new space in Berlin-Neukölln, offering a quiet glimpse into the publisher’s ongoing practice. The event invites visitors to explore a curated selection of past and present publications, including recent releases PRDU by Daniel Augschöll and Anya Jasbar, and The Expanded Sense by Ann Carolin Renninger.

Throughout the evening, the studio will remain open as a place to spend time with books, images, and ideas. As part of the program, the Ahorn Books library will stay open late into the night for The Midnight Library—a silent, open-format reading space where visitors are welcome to read, write, reflect, or simply linger.

The Midnight Library offers an invitation to a shared yet personal engagement with books. Guests are welcome to explore the collection or bring a publication of their own—something long overdue for finishing, a text set aside for a quieter moment, or a book meant to be passed on. Held gently by the night, the studio becomes a space for sustained attention and calm.
