ECLIPSE

Anja Musura is an interdisciplinary and multiprocess artist focusing on experimental, conceptual, minimal art about light, energy, and sound. Her work explores intuitive, synesthetic processes of sound to visual in mediums including photography, installation, digital media, painting, drawing, and 3D objects and materials. She uses a minimal color palette with a focus on space, shape, and contrasts. To create, she enters a state of flow to act as a vessel for the energy to escape into visual format to then be refined. Her current projects focus on the unseen within the seen - the energy that objects, light, and sound retain and transmit. In exploring themes of escapism and flux, her body of work invites the viewer into the dreamscape to escape in and outside of themselves.
