Bar.Bistro.RIX

Café Rix is a historic jewel of Neukölln, which opened in 1990 and has since become a firm favourite in the neighbourhood. It is a popular meeting place before and after cultural events, whether at Heimathafen Neukölln or in the neighbourhood, such as the Neukölln Opera House and the Passage cinema. With its elegant Art Nouveau ambience, characterised by golden stucco ceilings and large mirrors, the venue itself offers a unique setting for a wide variety of events, and local artists have regularly exhibited here since it opened. We want to continue this tradition, but curate the exhibitions professionally and expand the cultural programme beyond exhibitions.
