During the 48 Stunden Neukölln Festival, an immersive installation will be presented in the picturesque courtyard of Hütten Palast, inviting the audience to explore a new perception of reality.
In a dreamy, surreal atmosphere, the laws of perception and matter seem to blur. Recycled materials, including plastic nets, will be transformed into walkable corridors and surfaces, challenging the everyday viewpoint and transporting visitors into another world.
The sculptures, made from repurposed lamp structures, enhance the experience and encourage reflection on the perception of reality and the boundaries between what we see and what eludes us.
An integral part of the installation is the accompanying sound.
An original composition, played on a loop, is an element that amplifies the visual experience while engaging with the festival’s theme “WTF” (What the Fact?) and the concept of perception.
The sound helps blur the lines between what is visible and what is perceived, creating an experience that goes beyond mere sight.
The inauguration will take place on the first day of the festival with a live performance, and guests will have the opportunity to relax at the tables in the courtyard, enjoying the unique atmosphere of Hütten Palast.
The nets and installations were created by Cristina Pareschi, with sounds by Thibaut Bournazac-Leonini, Ruben Mattia Santorsa, and the texts of Cristina Pareschi, and voices Alice Falourd, and Eleonora Franzo.
