Open Studio days, garden exhibition & workshops
Get to know the working space and process of the artist sharing the studio, enjoy our beautiful garden with an exhibition taking place or join some of our workshops!
-Sambu Studio: Play-Doh Stamping / Printing.
A fun printmaking workshop running the whole day, open to everyone of all ages!
KM Studio will provide all the necessary materials so that anyone interested can participate at any time during the opening hours and create their own prints using the textures/objects made available to them - whether provided by the staff, found in the KM garden, or brought from home to experiment with.
These textures will be imprinted into the Play-Doh and printed with ink onto sheets of paper. Participants can take their creations home or display them in the studio.
-Francesca Melotti: Meditative Painting
The workshop combines breathwork, meditation, and intuitive painting/drawing.
The session begins with guided breathwork to arrive in the space and connect with yourself. It then flows into an intuitive painting practice, accompanied by ambient sound.
Rooted in the artist’s background as a yoga teacher, the workshop invites participants to explore creativity as a meditative process.
-Sofiez: Paint your meme
Everyone can choose their favourite meme or one from the selection provided. The idea is to recreate a version by hand using pencils, watercolours and paint on cardboard.
Finally, a mural will be created using the collection of memes.
-Ana Balcazar Bartra: Watercolor flow with plants
Connect with nature through observation and creating step by step.
No experience or materials required, only your presence.
