Atelier Shira Orion

Shira Orion (born 1993 in Haifa) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Berlin. She studied at the Weißensee Academy of Art Berlin, completing her Meisterschülerin degree in 2022 under Prof. Friederike Feldmann. Her practice weaves together drawing, printmaking, music, video, and textiles into poetic explorations of body, memory, and identity. Using personal narratives and autofictional elements, she plays with the boundaries between reality and imagination. Her work has been shown at the Brücke Museum Berlin, Galerie Weißer Elefant, and CCA Tel Aviv, among others. She is the recipient of several scholarships, including the Mart Stam Scholarship and the Elsa Neumann Scholarship from the State of Berlin.
