Between Motion and Identity
Anouar "Anu" MAJDI
3 July 2026 19:00 – 5 July 2026 19:00
This photographic series exists between stillness and motion, between what is seen and what is felt. The works explore identity as something fragmented and transient, a trace that forms in the moment while simultaneously dissolving.
Through intentional blur, movement, and layering, the images move beyond documentation and instead evoke states of being: inner transitions, psychological spaces, and the sensation of losing or redefining oneself within constant change.
The series invites the viewer to consider perception not as something fixed, but as an unstable and subjective process, continuously shifting over time.

Biography
Anouar "Anu" MAJDI
The artist works at the intersection of photography, narrative, and visual transformation. Their practice focuses on identity as a fluid construct, shaped by personal experience, movement, and cultural influence.
Through experimental visual language and a conceptual approach, the work distorts reality to reveal internal states. Positioned between documentation and staging, the images challenge perception and question the stability of the self.
