Biography
Violaine Toth & studio members
Violaine is a queer French ceramic artist based in Berlin since 2017. She creates ceramic collections in collaboration with local concept stores and galleries, sells directly from her studio shop, and teaches the potter’s wheel together with her small studio team.
In her work, she experiments with ornamental handles around her vases, drawing inspiration from Arts and Crafts, retro-futurism, and the cosmic botanical forms that surround her. Deeply influenced by Berlin’s underground scene, she often collaborates with local creatives—tattoo artists, illustrators, carpenters, photographers, painters, and musicians—always in search of new encounters and magical discoveries. ✨
