Be a guest in the art space and creative studio ‘Neckar21’ and instantly create your own image of yourself, just as you want it to be!
For Station 1: Use a sturdy ladder to climb in through the window on the mezzanine floor.
BRING A SENTENCE WITH YOU THAT YOU NEVER WANT TO HEAR ABOUT YOURSELF AGAIN!!! We will ritually destroy it.
For Station 2: you will choose from an immense archive of images, objects and accessories to create a three-dimensional collage. Images selected by artists from the canon of fine art, pop, surrealism and advertising are at your disposal. Prepared for combining and pinning. YOU CREATE YOUR OWN IMAGE OF YOURSELF, THE WAY YOU LOVE YOURSELF OR WOULD LIKE TO SEE YOURSELF.
We are curious about EVERY EXPRESSION of EVERYONE!
The BalamBalam theatre ensemble will animate and guide you with humour and joy on your ascent into true self-awareness.

The BalamBalam theatre ensemble, directed by Annette Ramershoven (https://annette-ramershoven.de/), is responsible for the idea and realisation of ‘Fensterln’.
Since 2019, the productions of BalamBalam (https://balambalam.de/) have focused on theatre work and low-threshold mediation with migrants in Berlin and throughout Germany. Our group of artists from seven countries originally came together through the combination of theatre and interpreting. Aesthetically and in terms of content, we focus on the transformative power of multilingualism.
