Signals

As part of the ‘48 Stunden Neukölln’ festival, we are delighted to present our pioneering ‘Signals’ series. This is a selection of subsidised art projects in public spaces that will be presented in Neukölln in a unique way. These interventions invite you to rediscover familiar places and gain surprising perspectives on this year's festival theme. The ‘Signals’ are more than just works of art, they are impulses that enliven the urban space and initiate a dialogue with the public. Experience how art changes the perception of the everyday and creates new spaces for interaction!

Let the ‘Signals’ guide you through Neukölln and discover hidden meanings in the urban fabric!

A visual narrative about water as a metaphor for change, reflecting on the relationship between man, nature and technology and using urban space as a projection surface.

  • Apes

    By Marco Barotti

Kinetic sound sculptures use data streams and AI-controlled sounds to reflect on surveillance capitalism, digital consumption and the effects of technological development on our behaviour.
