Galerie Crystal Ball

Crystal Ball opened in March 2007 and was directed by artist and curator Manfred Kirschner until mid-2016. Since then it has been run by Lydia Karstadt, continuing its conceptual approach. Exhibitions and projects are realized independently and in collaboration with artists, curators, and scientists. The program highlights works where personal style, performance, and artistic strategies are central, often exploring reproduction techniques in relation to space. Crystal Ball rejects fixed categories and acts as an independent platform, free space, and evolving artwork.
