Dimitris Argyriou
3 July 2026 19:00–22:00
NewBorn Short Film Agency presents a curated showcase of bold, contemporary short films as part of 48 Stunden Neukölln. The programme brings together emerging and established filmmakers working at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and visual experimentation.
A central highlight of the showcase is the presentation of award-winning films from the 1st edition of the Berlin AI Film Festival, organised by NewBorn Short Film Agency. These works demonstrate the cutting edge of AI-driven filmmaking and new narrative possibilities enabled by evolving creative tools.
The selection focuses on distinctive voices and forward-looking narratives—films that challenge form, explore identity, and reflect the shifting realities of a rapidly evolving world. From AI-driven creations to intimate human stories, the programme highlights the diversity and urgency of today’s short film landscape.
The showcase also features a dedicated presentation of selected short films from the career of Dimitris Argyriou, offering insight into his evolving artistic approach and contribution to contemporary short-form cinema.
Positioned within the dynamic context of Neukölln’s independent art scene, the event creates a direct interface between filmmakers and audiences, fostering dialogue, visibility, and new collaboration opportunities.
NewBorn Short Film Agency operates as a platform for discovery and circulation, supporting innovative short & feature-form content and connecting it with international audiences and industry networks.
