Hormone High Podcast brings spoken literature from Berlin’s dating scene to the stage- intimate, humorous, and uncensored. Moving through cringe, desire, and projection, Christina Nevada tells stories of the highs, lows and absurd twists of modern relationships.
At the core of every episode stands the experience of rejection- inflicted and received. The stories move between comedy and loss of control, from a naked first date to the darker realities of violence against women, the influences of the Manoshpere, and emotional disconnection.
With a sharp eye, Hormone High dissects impossible expectations, fractured gender roles, and the contradictions of a dating culture in which intimacy and distance constantly overlap.
Set against electronic music, the evening unfolds as a performative experience somewhere between live reading, dance performance, and fashion show.

Biography
Christina Nevada
Christina Nevada has lived in Neukölln for over a decade. After studying film in Vienna, she began her career in London’s television industry before moving to Berlin to further expand her artistic practice. Since then, she has worked across audiovisual, written, and audio-based forms of storytelling. Her project, Hormone High Podcast, brings together her passion for writing, sonic storytelling, and the music production practice she developed in Berlin.
