Plattenvereinigung

Plattenvereinigung is a research and education project to test sustainable behaviour and cultural forms and brings together stakeholders from science, education, business, crafts and art to develop a universal culture of sustainability.
The project promotes education for sustainable development and makes it possible to experience sustainable thinking and action in the context of resource conservation and historical understanding as well as in the sense of promoting a recycling culture anchored in society as a whole.
From November 2011, the building has found a successor location on Tempelhofer Feld, where it will continue to be used as a project space for the development of pioneering projects, art and performance projects and participatory sports programmes on Tempelhofer Feld.
