STARTBAHN/Genezarethkirche

The "Startbahn" project opened up the Genezareth Church to the neighborhood. The church interior was redesigned for this purpose: Instead of traditional church pews, a large carpet and cushions now invite people to use the church as a meditation and recreation room. The church galleries are painted in bright colors. Deckchairs under palm trees provide resting areas. Changing works of art on the façade and in the church's glass foyer arouse curiosity about the building.
