KINSHOP is a social kitchen from the future that needs your/our collective manifesting powers to land in Neukölln. Come to the Sp*ti and play, taste, listen, speak, make, read, shop.
Friday 7pm: LAUNCH
with Fermentors’ special drinks
Fermentors podcast is bubbling and ready to be tasted: Monja Simon invites you to join and listen to her community sharing their insights and passion for the ancient, magical art of fermentation.
Francesca Tambussi will launch the first mini book of Hyperburgers to initiate the p4p supermarket in Berlin.

Manifesting the Social Kitchen with Hyperburgers and Fermentors: Come join the roaming microphone to manifest a social kitchen as a “third place” here in Berlin.
Sunday 2pm: PLAY
Hyperburgers: Dumpling Economy
Francesca Tambussi will prototype the Dumplings game, a social economy where we “mine” an auxiliary currency by folding Dumplings communally and creating a profit-free, relational foods marketplace.
We invite you for a drink, a chat and explore our curated shelf, where some special products await to be taken home. From artisanal creations to hidden gems, there's something for everyone to discover and delight in.

Biography
Fermentors X Hyperburgers
Framing the kitchen and the supermarket as contested spaces, social designers Monja Simon and Francesca Tambussi elected food and its relations as their practice of resistance. With *Fermentors* (2022-Current), Monja summoned an empathetic community for pleasurable and inquisitive fermentation to make kinship with both microbes and each other. With *Hyperburgers – Inconvenience Store (2021–Current), Francesca envisioned a replicable supermarket of self-processed, self-grown and self-supplied products.
