Concrete, block and green. Experience your Neukölln district in a new way with our artistic interventions on the topic of urban silence. You can find us on all three days of the festival on the street, in the park or on a rooftop. Look out for our banner and take part in our performative-research activities to build and dismantle temporary spaces of silence. As an artist collective, we accompany your “measurements” and shape the art of silence together.
The process-based implementation of the different test rooms is recorded in photos, videos and audio.
We look forward to interesting encounters and exploring and experimenting together in the neighborhood.

Biography
Emre Yazar, Yasin Yazar
The artist collective iwaipidindei__x___fiyyasco consists of the Mannheim artist siblings Emre Yazar and Yasin Yazar. Growing up in the same but different environments, they playfully use the experience gained from direct interaction in their design and art projects to develop extraordinary intervention projects for the street. These can also be assigned to the area of performance art and social sculpture.
