Accros Invisible boundaries
Emilia Niezbecka
5 July 2026 15:00–19:00
How much willpower does it take to push past one's own limits in order to live a life of growth? Can it be possible, despite invisible inner and outer obstacles, social norms, strokes of fate, and profound fears? Finding one's own voice and letting it out is not yet forbidden; it contributes to the diversity of life. And what if this voice, like Edward Stachura, says that everything is poetry? "Wszystko jest Poezja"? Practicing everyday poetry means grasping the poetic within the mundane and celebrating it—stepping out of line and rediscovering what it means to be alive.
Outer boundaries are quickly internalized. To work against them requires time, space, and strength. What form will the 'new' take?
This music and movement piece is a struggle for the poetic in life—a poetic essence meant to overcome cruelty and violence (Kazimierz Wierzyński, 'Why Do I Write').
