This project is dedicated to making dreams and inner emotional landscapes visible, and to translating internal imagery into an external, tangible form. Dreams are understood as a fragile in-between realm—a space where emotions, memories, and subconscious images merge and resist clear language.
In a collaborative process, two artists visualize each other’s dreams. The starting point consists of narrated dream fragments, feelings, and atmospheres, which are first articulated verbally and then interpreted artistically. Through this process of translation—from inner experience to language, from language to image—new meanings, shifts, and distortions emerge. The external visualization of one’s own dream creates a space between closeness and distance, control and letting go.
The project takes shape in various formats, including zines and ceramics. The zine functions as an intimate, tactile archive of dreams—a collection of drawings, text fragments, and visual notes. The ceramics translate these contents into three-dimensional, tangible objects, in which form, surface, and material make the emotional qualities of dreams perceptible.
The aim is to turn inner emotional states outward, to make the invisible visible, and to question the boundaries between personal intimacy and collective experience. The audience is invited to immerse themselves in a dreamlike visual world and to reflect on their own inner images and emotions.
