Tandem Jump

A tandem jump is a type of skydiving in which two people are attached to a single parachute and jump.
The name parachute is a combination of the Italian word "parare" (to protect) and the French "chute" (to fall).
This is an attempt to express through dance works the way artists like us today are trying to somehow protect themselves from the unstable state of affairs.
Using one open parachute, perform while wearing it.

Silence during flight, only noise of the wind around too loud to talk with the tandem partner. Then touching the ground gives a kind of silence, even in a noisy city. So it becomes a kind of silent city which makes communication possible again.

At the end of the performance, we are scheduled to land safely in a silent city.
(It does not actually float in the air.)
A parachute is used because it is easier to express the character trying to maintain stability in an unstable situation.
