Ticking in my Head

Berlin. Urban metropolis. People who turn night into day. The sound of the city is omnipresent. A pulse that never stands still. Berlin is life. Berlin is movement. Berlin is loud. And city dwellers seek silence in mediation and yoga classes before heading into the packed subway. They do everything they can to escape the noise.
Berlin is also lonely. One in ten people is affected by loneliness. Berlin - "capital of loneliness" and involuntary standstill.
How do you deal with a situation where life is raging outside and the silence in your apartment seems unbearable?
How do you manage to find places of real peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle and escape from everyday life?
What is ticking incessantly inside me? What does loneliness sound like? What does relaxation sound like?
We draw a picture of a city. We listen inside ourselves and listen outside - the ticking.
