Under this year's theme of 48h Neukölln URBANE STILLE, the following artists have come together and under their own working title 'Wasting Time' a mixture of photographs, sound installations, live performances and video,
put together to do justice to the quiet topic.
The exhibition location is on the 3rd floor of the former C&A department store on Karl Marx Strasse in Neukölln - a central cultural hotspot in
the lively and controversial neighborhood.
The renowned photographer women's collective Herspective and the Berlin music label DUAT have teamed up for this to curate the exhibition spaces.
The Berlin electro label DUAT will be responsible for the musical performance as well as individual interactive sound installations.
The program is expanded with by the percussinist Renu and the actress LLewllyn Reichmann.

HERSPECTIVE is a collective of female photographers from fields ranging from art to advertising. They are shaking up the male-dominated market with positive energy and demanding equality.
Whether on portfolio trips with an orange bus, at their exhibitions and fun events, they realize: it’s not a secret that mixed teams work so much better! Not only for that reason they are popular guests in agencies or on the podium. Herspective offers solutions instead of remaining part of the problem.
