Alien / Allein

Foreigners, who are they? Many of them have fled their countries to save their lives. Are they victims? Are we ready to help them with all our hearts?
They look different, they speak differently, they violate our usual norms of behaviour, sometimes going too far. Are they a threat? Do they make us fear for our lives and the lives of our children? The experience of meeting them takes us out of our usual comfort zone. It's so interesting how, no matter where you go, you always seem to encounter foreigners! They're everywhere – in the supermarket, at work, on your street, on public transport, even in the house next to yours. And if you go on a trip, even just to a neighboring city, you suddenly become a foreigner yourself.
