“I have come to tell you something very interesting about here and there”
Just like Grover from Sesame Street we are curious about the idea of here and there, inside and out and what they all mean.

To investigate the concept, we worked collectively to build a large interactive installation of curtains consisting of thousands of handmade beads made from recycled paper. These curtains bearing different messages form a newly created space within our gallery room at graumalerei.

Visitors are invited to pass back and forth through the liminal space the curtains create and confront themselves and their own ideas of inside, outside, here and there.

There is no one prescribed path through the curtains, everyone is allowed to weave their own way through the words and form new meanings while enjoying the feeling of parting the beads with their hands and bodies.
