The [ CUBE ] acts as a censorship. It creates cognitive distance and protects from recognising violence. Life is converted into material, product, data.
The [ CUBE ] represents an industrial tool, which reorganizes living matter, so it could be and CONSUM_ed without confronting its original form.

The project is focused on the boundary between living & non-living, inside & outside, comfortable and disgusting.
It's about visualizing that precise hidden moment, where a whole is reduced to a standardised unit.

This cognitive shift allows existing of cold, calculating systems of food pro-duction, resource extraction and utilisation.
In SORT_TIERung this process is visualized through the contrast between traditional landscape surfaces and rigid 3D interventions.

At a time when ecological discourse is often reduced to aesthetics of sustainability, SORT_TERung avoids comforting narratives.
The project operates on a pre-moral level, where the human cognitive perception to divide raw matter into discrete, equivalent units — to order, measure and refine the world until it becomes legible, comparable, almost machinic.
