What does a collaborative creative space for learning and connection look like in times of racist gentrification, austerity measures and institutional violence? We’d like to show you one possible way forward. As an integral part of Neukölln’s urban fabric, the Filmarche and its filmmakers, editors and writers present Neukölln from their perspective. A collective view of our favourite neighbourhood, in which everyone interested is involved. We offer a selection of films about Neukölln, insights into the practice of filmmaking and the secrets of a creative community. For one day, the Filmarche becomes a workspace for all residents of Neukölln, where visitors can immerse themselves in the secrets of collective filmmaking.
